1) Permission for modifications to our existing dwelling house, namely: A) Construction of a single storey porch extension to the front elevation, B) Insert 1 No. ground floor window to side (East) elevation and C) Alterations to exiting ground floor windows and external door openings at the rear elevation. 2) Retention permission for the existing single storey rear extension (14m2). -*Note: An extension was previously granted permission under Pl.Reg.No. 06/13620 but it was built bigger at the time.
