Permission to retain (1) The first floor extension and alterations to the existing bungalow granted under File No. 99/1148, (2) Alterations to existing garage granted under File No. 05/6291, including converting part of the building to a granny flat, (3) Car port built to the rear of the existing garage, and for Permission to (4) Decommission the existing septic tank and percolation area, and install a new wastewater treatment plant and trenches, (5) Create new vehicular entrance to the property, and (6) A change of the site boundaries from those granted permission previously on 99/1148 and 05/6291 and all associated site works.
