Permission for construction of a 4-storey mixed-use commercial/residential development. The proposed scheme will consist of the construction of 25 no. residential apartment units (comprising of eleven 1-bed apartment units and fourteen 2-bed apartment units) above a café/restaurant unit, permission for the demolition of the existing building. Works to include, landscaping and boundary treatments, surface treatments, drainage, footpaths and all ancillary site development works.
