i) To subdivide existing site forming 2 No. sites A & B, ii) To construct a dormer style dwelling including a proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area and decommissioning and removal of existing septic tank, on site B, iii) Install a new proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area to serve existing dwelling on site A, together with all site development works.
