Permission sought for retention and permission for completion of alterations and additions to dwelling under construction, previously granted planning permission Pl. Ref. No. 20/556 namely: - (a) Revised configuration of sitting room and entrance porch to include additional floor area. (b) Construction of attached plant room. (c) Alterations to windows and door design. (d) Revised lowered floor level of said dwelling. (e) Revised first floor roof pitch with additional dormers windows and roof lights and for conversion of same for habitual use.
