Permission for 1) Demolition of existing raw materiel silos and concrete plinth, parts store building, intake building, a shed and all ancillary works, 2) Construction of a new extension to the existing mill building for the installation of raw material and finished product storage bins, new mixing, grinding line and press line mill equipment, surface water drainage and all ancillary works, 3) Construction of a new parts store building and a new raw material intake building and all associated landscaping and boundary treatment works. The Mill production facility holds an industrial emissions licence issued by the Environmental Protection Agency. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will accompany this application.
