Alterations, refurbishment and upgrading of existing tennis court facilities to include a) new fencing and ball stop netting to all tennis courts, b) extension and upgrading of existing retaining wall at court no. 1, c) construction of new retaining walls and accessible access to all courts beside court 2, d) construction of central decking area to allow for expanded access to all 3 courts, e) widening of courts, f) installation of one new lighting mast between 2 & 3 and minor movement of 2 other masts to facilitate individual switching of courts and all associated works.
