Permission for the construction of 3 No. dwelling houses and all associated ancillary development works including access, footpaths, parking, drainage and landscaping. Access to the proposed development will be via the vehicular access permitted to the north under Cork County Council Ref. 21/7428 and 22/4753 (currently under construction). The proposed dwelling houses will replace the temporary wastewater treatment plant and pumping station permitted under Cork County Council Ref. 21/7428 and 22/4753. The proposed development is situated within the curtilage of Lakeview House (Protected Structure Ref. RPS-00519).
