Alterations to Co-op store and café permitted, not yet constructed, under application register reference 20/4925, which will comprise: 1) the construction of a first floor internal mezzanine to the Co-op store to accommodate a staff area (offices, staff canteen and welfare facilities); 2) the construction of a first floor bulk store mezzanine to accommodate an additional bulk storage area; 3) all ancillary works including internal stairs and a lift; and 4) the construction of a ground floor extension to the café and associated extended external canopy
