Permission for; a) a wind turbine with a maximum height of 85m, a maximum rotor diameter of 71 m and a maximum overall blade tip height of 120.5m; b) a transformer building; c) associated site works, including temporary construction access, for energy self-supply on lands adjacent to its plant Ardnageehy, Charleville, Co.Cork. The turbine dimensions have been reduced from that originally granted permission under planning reg 10/6157 (PL04.238982). The application relates to a facility which is licensed by the Environmental Protection Agency under industrial Emissions (IE) Licence. The application will be accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS).
