Construction of a light, industrial / warehouse building with associated elevational signage, ancillary yard with boundary walls, fencing and gates and all site development works. The proposed building represents a change of plan and layout from that permitted by Reg. Ref: 21/668. will include the relocation of an existing water storage tank and provides for ancillary retail sales to the public. Access to the proposed development will be via the existing entrance and internal road network of the Bantry Business Park.
