Retention and completion of the construction of a one and a half storey detached building in the garden of their dwelling house and associated site works. Note that the structure is to provide the following accommodation: a) A domestic garage/workshop/garden store on the ground floor, b) home gym and home music practice room on first floor. Note that the proposed building is a variation of the structure (single storey detached domestic garage) that was granted planning permission under Pl.Reg.No. 19/5960. It is a change of use, change in floor area, change of plan, change of section, change in height and change of elevation from permitted structure.
