To demolish the existing front porch (3SqM), construct a first floor extension (21SqM) to rear and single storey extension (132SqM) to side, install a box dormer window to existing front (northern) roof slope, install new domestic wastewater treatment system, provide new boundary treatments and carry out all associated site works. All of these works relate to their existing dwelling house.
