Modifications to 7 No. permitted residential units by Cork County Council Pl.Reg.No: 21/5081 and Reg.No: 17/7138 & ABP-302430-18. The proposed modifications are a change to the site layout and will comprise of: 1) The provision of 6 No. new house types (house type H03). 2) The re-alignment of the internal road. 3) Landscaping works and all ancillary site development works. Access to the L6069 will be provided via the permitted entrance.
