Permission for (1) demolition of existing shop, storage shed, and fuel pumps, (2) construction of a new service station comprising of the following: shop outlet, delicatessen restaurant and seating area, food preparation area, off-licence, stores, cold room, toilets, car-parking, 4 no. new fuel pumps, lighting and backlit totem sign, (3) modification of existing canopy, including the addition of signage (4) decommissioning of 1 no. existing fuel storage tank and construction of a new fuel storage tank (5) construction of a temporary service container to continue function of existing shop and fuel pump forecourt, to remain in place until the construction of the proposed service station has been completed, together with all other ancillary site works
