To alter and extend existing dwelling incorporating the following works: a) To demolish 3 number sheds (total floor area circa 62 sq.m). b) To alter exisiting dwelling southern front elevation to include altering front window fenestration, replacing front door with a window and replacing existing front porch flat roof with a gable roof. c) Construct a single storey extension to the western side and northern rear of the existing dwelling and to install an effluent treatment system with soil polishing filter unit and all ancillary site works.
