Completion of alterations/extension works to an existing dwelling house including alterations to elevations. Permission is also sought for the following works to a detached ruinous building and for change of use of same to a dwelling for use ancillary to the main dwelling, works to include alterations / extension to same including raising of roof. Permission also sought for the upgrade of an existing entrance and parking area, waste water treatment system to serve both the existing dwelling and the proposed ancillary dwelling and for all associated site works
