1) construct a single storey extension to the existing dwelling house including alterations to the existing elevations, 2) replace the existing septic tank with a new wastewater treatment system in accordance with the EPA Code of Practice for Domestic Waste Water Systems 2021, 3) alter the existing vehicular entrance and 4) for all the associated site works.
