Development will consist of alterations and extension to existing dwelling to incorporate existing garage. Proposed works include: demolition of existing single storey extension to be replaced with new 1.5 storey extension; demolition of existing conservatory to be replaced with single storey structure with first floor patio area overhead; new roof structure over existing main building, alterations and conversion of garage to form part of the dwelling; decommissioning of existing septic tank and installation of waste water treatment unit and soil polishing filter and associated site development works
