Permission is sought for modifications to the two no. warehouse units (unit no. 7A & Unit no. 7B) with ancillary office space permitted (not yet constructed) under planning permission reference no. 22/5398. Minor alterations are sought for 1) elevational changes (relocation of glazing), 2) increased internal office floor area, 3) revised car parking layout, 4) increased car parking numbers (from 32 to 100), 5) addition of sprinklertank and pump house, 6) change of use of the 2 no. units from warehousing as permitted to light industrial and, 7) an increase in the operating hours, 8) and all associated site development and landscaping works
