The construction of 6 No. dwelling houses (change of plan and layout to that permitted under Planning Ref. No.: 21/5081 and Ref. No. 17/7138 and ABP-302430-18). The proposed changes to the permitted house types consist of the omission of 2 No. detached and 4 No. semi-detached units and the construction of 6 No. semi-detached units. The proposed changes to the permitted site layout comprise of: 1. The realignment of the internal road and visitor car parking spaces; 2. Modifications to the layout of the public open space; 3. An increase in area to the private rear garden of Unit No. 18; and all ancillary site development works. Access to the L6069 will be provided via the permitted entrance.
