Exterior works include removal of the existing garage door, replaced with a new window to match existing. A proposal to extend the Driveways vehicle entrance opening to 4000mm Pier to Pier to allow access for one further vehicle space in the driveway. Also 100mm of exterior insulation to the existing gable and rear walls of the property rendered with sand/cement to harmonize with existing. Plus all associated works.
