Permission is sought for alterations to previously approved development. Planning application Ref. No. 22/6473. The alterations consist of: (i) Removal of the previously approved vehicular entrance and driveway including associated boundary layout change, (ii) A revised vehicular entrance and driveway to the property accessed from the local access road to the South with associated boundary alterations, (iii) Slight repositioning of the proposed house North, (iv) Minor elevational changes throughout, (v) An additional 3 No. rooflights along the front and rear pitches of the house, (vi) The construction of a single storey shed as per the original application in place of a demolished, derelict house and (vii) all associated site and landscaping works. Additionally, retention permission is sought at this site for the demolition of the derelict, uninhabitable house (which is found to be dangerously unsafe) and all associated works.
