Change of plan to Pl.Ref.No. 22/4428 already granted, a) construct a split-level single-storey extension to rear of existing dwelling, b) demolish existing outhouse, construct box dormer to front roof elevation and carry out elevational changes and minor internal alterations to existing dwelling. c) decommission existing septic tank and install new waste water treatment unit and all associated site works.
