The development will consist of the construction of an office building and 2 No. light industrial units (circa 1308.6 sq.m) consisting of sales, workshops and accessories, storage, welfare facilities, parking for cars and HGV, connection to existing group wastewater treatment system and existing group stormwater system, signage, site fencing, gates and lights using the 2 No. existing site entrances from internal site access roads to include all associated site works.
