Retention of the following; 1) minor alterations, as constructed, to elevations of existing 2-storey dwelling house permitted under planning reference no 79/1767, 2) conversion of permitted adjoining domestic garage to habitable space, used as extension to dwelling house, 3) existing detached 2-storey ancillary domestic garage as constructed on site, 4) single-storey boiler house as constructed to side elevation of dwelling and 5) all completed site works. Permission for; 1) the decommissioning of existing on-site septic tank, 2) the installation of new on-site tertiary sewage treatment system to serve dwelling and 3) all associated site works.
