To retain as constructed the following works to existing domestic dwelling: a) window and door alterations to existing elevations, b) existing basement porch, home office and utility room. Permission for the following new works to existing domestic dwelling: c) to replace and alter existing windows and doors to existing sunroom, d) install a new first floor window on the west facing elevation, e) to construct a new detached domestic storage shed, f) to close up existing vehicular site entrance and construct a new vehicular site entrance along with all associated site works and services.
