Alterations to existing dwelling house and construction of new site entrance. The work will consist of 1) partial demolition of existing single storey extension and sheds to rear of house, 2) construction of single storey extension to side and rear of house, 3) alterations to existing elevations, 4) demolition of existing boundary wall to front of house and construction of new site entrance & roadway to accommodate residential development which will be subject to a separate planning application and, 5) all associated landscaping and ancillary site works.
