Permission for retention of the following elements previously granted under planning permission 21/5882; 1) revised back gardens, sizes, levels and boundaries, 2) Material change to boundaries, 3) rotation of the 4 dwellings, 4) re-location of one number parking space, 5) Extension to the rear garden and boundary of dwelling 21 Cooline Crest, at Cooline, Ballyvoloon, Cobh. Planning permission is also required for 1) construction of a new fence boundary to the adjoining green area, 2) revision of the landscaping proposal, along with ancillary site works.
