Single storey extension at ground floor level to an existing boiler house building (IE04). The extension is to accommodate a new boiler on the ground floor. The extension will also include associated site works including the construction of a new external 23m high boiler stack with platform access and the re-alignment of existing underground services. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions (IE) Licence No. P0009-05. The development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Regulations applies.
