Construction of new granny flat (change of design from that granted under Pl.Reg.No. 18/5658), partial change of use of existing dwelling and construction of extension to same for use as granny flat and the retention of the extension (change of location of dining area extension from the side to the rear of the dwelling from that granted under Pl.Reg.No. 18/5658) and alterations to an existing dwelling to include, elevational changes and all associated site works.
