To erect a) a two storey extension at the rear of existing dwelling, b) a single storey extension at the front, consisting of an entrance porch and bay off the sitting room, c) to construct a flat roof on the side annex and changes to elevations of existing dwelling and d) to widen the vehicular entrance to 3m and increase the driveway area for additional parking.
