Works to industrial warehouse development (Previous Pl.Reg.No. 03/1563): 1) amalgamation of two approved warehouse units, 2) construction of loading bay extension, 3) construction of glazed porch extension, 4) elevational changes including changes to external door/fenestration layout and addition of additional windows to cater for enlarged internal office space, 5) installation of on-site septic tank system and, 6) changes to site boundaries.
