Permission for the renovation of existing commercial unit to storage unit for storage of structural steel framing, works to consist of elevational changes to existing northern and eastern elevations and also construction of new storage unit for storage of paint and associated products, to incorporate office and WC, alterations to existing roadside entrance, wastewater treatment system together with all other ancillary site works.
