Permission is sought for alterations to previously approved development planning reg no. 22/6473. Permission for construction of dwelling (change of plan from that permitted under 22/6473 including slight repositioning of the proposed house to the north, minor elevational changes, an adiitional 3 roof lights to the front pitch of the house and 1 roof light to the rear pitch of the house), revised vehicle entrance and driveway to the property from the local access road to the south including associated boundary alterations, the construction of a single storey shed as per the original application in place of a demolished, derelict house and all associated site and landscaping works. Additionally, permission for retention is sought at this site for the demolition of the derelict, uninhabitable house and all associated site works.
