1) Permission for retention of a) the existing vehicular entrance on the north-eastern site boundary and internal access roadway serving the site and existing dwelling house; b) the carrying out of ground works and the construction of a timber cabin for use as a home office / artist's studio ancillary to the main dwelling. 2) Permission for a) the conversion of the southern vehicular entrance to a pedestrian entrance only; b) the removal of an existing fence (located to the side of the vehicular entrance on the northeastern corner) to facilitate the provision of a sod and stone ditch c) the construction of a storage shed; and 3) all associated ancillary site development works
