Permission for alterations to existing dwelling and its outbuildings namely; 1) demolition of existing single storey extension and construction of new two-storey extension to the front elevation of the dwelling along with elevational changes to the front and rear elevations of the dwelling, 2) construction of a new roof over an existing ruinous shed attached to the side elevation of the dwelling, 3) change of use of 2 no. sheds attached to the side elevation of dwelling to domestic use which will amalgamate with the dwelling internal layout, along with elevation changes to both sheds, 4) provision of a wastewater treatment system, and 5) any associated site works.
