Permission for the construction of 3 no. dwelling houses (change of plan of house No's 1,2,3 Codrum Avenue - house type F/F1/F3) and all ancillary site works. The proposed development is a change of plan and re-orientation of the dwellings from that originally permitted under Cork County Council Pl.Reg.No. 06/12722 & ABP Ref. PL04.224953 and extended under Ref. 13/4725, 18/4980, 21/7517. This application will result in the re-designation of house address's as outlined on the proposed site layout, there are no additional units proposed as part of this planning application.
