The construction of 25 No. dwellinghouses (change of plan of house No's 12 to 20 Codrum Lane , No's 14 to 31 Codrum Green). The proposed changes to above comprise of: a) The construction of 8 No. semi detached dwellings - denoted house no's 12-19 Codrum Lane, b) The construction of 16 No. semi detached and 1 No. detached dwellings - denoted house No's 14 to 30 Codrum Green, c) and all associated site works. The proposed development is a change plan from that originally permitted under Cork County Council Planning Ref : 06/12722 & ABP ref. PL 04.224953 and extended under ref 13/4725, 18/4980, 21/7517. This application will result in the re-designation of house address as outlined on the proposed site layout, there is an overall reduction of 2 dwelling units proposed as part of this planning application.
