Permission to develop a wellness sanctuary, to be named 'Catalpa', consisting of one main studio building, associated packaged wastewater treatment system, the provision of a hardcore surface parking area, dedicated bicycle racks, improve the existing hardcore surface pedestrian walkway through the woodland, provision of bee hives, bird boxes, and bird feeders and the upkeep/pruning/replacement (where necessary) of the existing mixed mature native woodland trees to enhance the passive health and wellbeing experience on the site, and incorporating all associated site works.
