i) demolition of part of the existing canopy at the front/side of the existing shop/forecourt and demolition of the existing trolley bay at the side of the existing shop ii) to construct extension to the front and side of the existing supervalu shop consisting of new entrance, coffee dock and trolley zone with side entrance along with new canopy along part of the western side of the shop and iii) demolish existing wall between existing carpark at the west and extend the carparking area into the storage yard at the side/back of the complex and construct new wall/fence between the carpark and the storage yard all within their existing retail complex.
