Permission is sought to: 1) demolish existing bathroom/utility rear extension, 2) construct a new one and a half storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, 3) de-commission existing waste water treatment unit/percolation area, 4) install a new waste water treatment system/percolation area, 5) alterations and widening of existing vehicular entrance, 6) carry out all associated site works.
