Retention of the following elements previously granted under planning permission 21/5882: 1. Revised back gardens, sizes, levels and boundaries, 2. Material changes to the boundaries, 3. Permission for retention of 4 dwellings, 4. Re-location of one number parking space, 5. Extension to the rear garden area and boundary of dwelling 21 Cooline Crest. Planning permission is also required for: 1. Construction of a new fence boundary to the adjoining green area, 2. Revision of the landscaping proposal, along with ancillary site works.
