Permission for retention for the following departures from original permitted design; 1)modifications to roof profile which created a reduction in the permitted ridge height and an increase in eaves height along with the resulting elevational changes, 2) additional first floor area totaling 165m2, 3) additional windows to north and west elevations, 4) the installation and continued use of a demountable waste compactor and roll on-roll off waste collection bin.
