Permission for the proposed creation/painting of a locally historical mural including biodiversity, ecological and environmental subjects, up to present day, to the surface of a south facing 4m high x 98m long concrete cast retaining wall (NIAH Reg No. 20828101) in which part is a Protected Structure, together with all other associated site works inside Cobh Railway Station which is a Protected Structure.
