Permission for the construction of a pedestrian footbridge across an existing stream within the Eli Lily pharmaceutical facility, and associated works. The bridge will have a length of approx. 17.9m (13.1 span plus landing areas of 2.4m at either end) and a two-way 2.4m wide walkway and will be located on a site area of approx. 0.23ha. The application site falls within the Eli Lilly industrial complex, which operates under an Industrial Emissions (IE) licence (P0009-04) under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended by the protection of the Environmental Act, 2003) and is also an establishment to which the Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 209 of 2015) applies
