Planning Permission at 101 Mount Prospect Drive, Clontarf, Dublin 3 for the demolition of the existing single-storey rear extension, the construction of a new single-storey rear extension and an attic conversion with a dormer to the rear. The proposed works will also include 2 new rooflights to the front and 1 to the rear of the roof, alteration of the roof profile from a fully hipped roof to a standard 'A' gable type roof, internal modifications and all associated site and ancillary works.
