The construction of a roof level platform for 5 no. air handling units and associated plant and ductwork over the existing organic synthesis plant 3 including 2 no. cladded screens at penthouse level, 2 no. cladded screens with louvres at roof level and all ancillary site development works at their production facility. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions Licence No. P0013. As the development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies, information as specified in the Third Schedule of the Major Accident Regulations will be submitted with the application.
