(A) Construct new single storey extension to front of dwelling and open porch canopy to rear of dwelling (B) Make internal alterations to the layout of rooms within the existing dwelling to include external fenestration alterations to facades by way of door / window alterations / designs, for the installation of velux rooflights to the front roof of dwelling (to attic space) and for the removal of the chimneys from roof of house (C) Remove existing detached shed outbuildings to the side of the dwelling (D) Construct new single storey domestic garage on site (E) Decommission existing septic tank / Percolation area and make new foul sewer connection to public sewer
