1. Demolition of side and rear extensions, front porch and roof of the existing dwelling, detached garage and roof of detached storage shed, 2. Construction of single storey extensions to the front, rear and side of the existing dwelling, to include a new roof over same, 3. Change of use of storage shed to habitable rooms (namely bedroom, en-suite and walk-in), and construction of a new roof over same, 4.
